Mecki

Mecki is a virtual analog preamp modeled after famous cheap mixing desks from the 90s which were a staple in Techno sound design - especially for overdriving kick drums.
The iconic sound is now available, for free, as a Max for Live device for Mac and Windows systems.

Mecki makes use of MIT licensed open-source code by Chris Johnson ported to Max/MSP. This is NOT A WRAPPER but a complete port of the original source code. A donation helps efforts porting his amazing plugins to Max/MSP and building cross-platform Max externals. My work can now be tracked in this public Github repository.
